Yale Repertory Theatre
Scenic Design by Riccardo Hernandez
Yale Repertory Theatre Designed by Riccardo Hernandez A flying tufted wall with inset practicals, a series of flying 'stadium lights' and a truss-style portal rested on a diamond-plate steel deck for this production.
Yale Repertory Theatre Designed by Riccardo Hernandez High-capacity lifting winches allowed us to fly and tilt the wall simultaneously. Lightbulbs were wired in chasing circuits on the tufted wall and in the stadium lights.
Yale Repertory Theatre Designed by Riccardo Hernandez Lightbulbs were also inset into the proscenium truss and downstage steps, and the truss had multiple speakers and projectors mounted within its structure.
